What makes a coffee speciality coffee?

Speciality coffee is graded 80 points or above by certified Q graders. At Chasca, we source coffees that meet this standard for clarity, balance, and flavour.

How should I store my coffee?

Keep your coffee in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. For best flavour, use within 4–6 weeks of roasting.

Which grind size should I choose?

Whole Bean — for home grinders.
Espresso & Moka Pot — for espresso machines and stovetop moka pots.
Filter — for V60, Chemex and drip machines.
French Press — for cafetière.

What are your shipping times and rates?

UK standard shipping via Royal Mail is £1.95. Orders over £25 qualify for free shipping. Delivery typically takes 3–4 business days after dispatch.

How long before my order ships?

We normally prepare and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days from our West Byfleet location.

Can I order items that are out of stock?

Yes. Out-of-stock items can still be ordered; however, delivery timing will be confirmed with you before dispatch.

What is your returns policy?

As coffee is a food product, we cannot accept returns of opened items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect. Unopened products may be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original condition.

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
